About the role Reporting to the Training Manager, the Education & Coaching Adviser - Counselling position is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: What you’ll do Providing academic guidance, study support, and timely responses to student enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Supporting students requiring additional assistance, including those with NYC results, special learning needs, or language, literacy, and numeracy support Developing individual learning strategies and support plans for students with specific study requirements Assessing student work accurately and within required timeframes, making sound assessment decisions, and participating in validation processes Assisting with the development, proofreading, and continuous improvement of training and assessment materials Maintaining accurate records, participating in education team activities, and demonstrating ongoing industry currency (e.g. staff training, industry placement or employment)
