Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly journals, manage intercompany charges, and ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are accurate Forecast monthly overheads and conduct variance analysis Deliver monthly reporting and supporting documentation within strict deadlines, including roll-forwards and detailed reconciliations Oversee cashflow forecasting, bank account, and credit card reconciliations Coordinate business insurance policies and claims Manage foreign exchange requirements Oversee weekly creditor payments Prepare Business Activity Statements, provisional tax payments, FBT returns, and ensure correctness of withholding tax submissions Ensure full compliance with audit, SOX, and SOA requirements Partner with external professionals for year-end tax and statutory account reviews Support the finance leader and deliver ad hoc tasks as required Your Pathway Forward: This is a hands-on position with clear progression to Finance Manager.
