We have recently opened a depot in Ballarat as the next exciting step in our business growth. This expansion has created a brand-new opportunity for a confident, hands on Traffic & Hire Supervisor to join our Western Region team. You'll be the crucial link between our Management team and our Traffic & Hire crew, providing both operational support on the ground and essential coordination in the office. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support staff on work sites Assist Management with customer enquiries and coordination Provide guidance to Traffic & Hire team members Auditing of staff, vehicles, equipment, and worksites to maintain compliance Ensure staff, documentation, and equipment are allocated to each booking, maintaining full compliance Complete accurate data entry to keep records up to date Participate in a rotating after hours on‑call roster (24/7) to assist staff and customers Deliver and collect Traffic & Hire equipment What You'll Bring Current Victorian Traffic tickets (minimum CAT 2) and a Construction/White Card Current Drivers Licence Strong communication skills-professional, clear and confident Solid Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems Excellent organisational and time-management abilities A customer-focused mindset A practical, "let's get it done" attitude Proven supervisory experience in Traffic Management or Civil Construction What's In It For You?
