About the Role An experienced Draftsperson is sought to join a growing team, working across residential construction and property development projects. You will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings and high-quality documentation, from concept design through to construction-ready drawings, supporting both custom homes and small developments. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate architectural drawings for residential home designs Produce documentation from concept through to construction Ensure all drawings comply with the NCC, Australian Standards, and council requirements Amend plans to reflect client selections, sales variations, and engineering changes Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Administration, and Management teams Create and maintain master plans for project home designs Key Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience as a Draftsperson Proven experience in Australian residential drafting (project builder experience preferred) Proficiency in Archicad Strong understanding of the NCC (National Construction Code) Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and building codes Thorough understanding of council requirements for DA and CDC approvals Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Friendly, professional, and supportive team environment Employee discounts on new home builds Access to savings with trades, suppliers, and utilities Ongoing training and professional development Long-term career growth with an established residential builder About us Need Recruitment support?
