Your skills and experience Whether you’ve worked in water, gas or power, your utilities operations background paired with a relevant degree and strong understanding of regulatory requirements and legislation will put you in pole position. Your understanding of how relationships between government, local businesses and customers are shaped will help you hit the ground running. Most importantly, you have a track record for growing and leading strong teams of highly skilled people and a history of implementing and improving a strong safety culture in previous leadership roles.
