About the role: The role will be responsible for data entry, data cleaning and preparing data received from health services. Where data is incomplete, missing or further data is required you will liaise with health services to obtain this data. The role requires the capability to develop effective ongoing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreed timelines are met. To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing team member with strong analytical, written work, problem solving, project management and communication skills. You may offer specialist skills in database management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement and possess meticulous record keeping skills. Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to meet deadlines while working in pressured situations Qualifications / Specialist Expertise Qualifications A qualification or equivalent professional experience in fields related to health administration, medicine, nursing, paramedic, pharmacist or allied health is desirable. Specialist Expertise A sound understanding of the Victorian health system, and knowledge of the department and its operating processes and information systems is essential. Familiarity with various computer programs such as the MS Office suite and Salesforce database.
