About the role AGL’s Chief of Staff is hiring a rare dual-hatted opportunity for a Program Coordinato r. Based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide, this role plays a vital link between the Chief of Staff and Transformation office, gaining experience across enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives while also supporting executive leadership. You will be working in a dynamic environment, requiring high energy, flexibility and resilience to manage the depth and variety of tasks you’ll be managing on a day-to-day basis. What you’ll do : Directly support the Office of the CEO including reporting, planning, scheduling, and managing events Consolidate papers, chase actions, and draft correspondence for the Chief of Staff Respond on behalf of the Chief of Staff to ET and Leadership Team communications Prepare presentations, reports, and board papers for senior stakeholders Act as a conduit between the Transformation Office and Chief of Staff, reacting quickly to evolving needs Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, collating information and tracking actions Sit in meetings or workshops as a key contributor, maintaining document control and coordinating communications Partner and collaborate with the broader EA/PA and Executive Business Manager Network, the TO and its corresponding stakeholders , to manag e strategic priorities What you’ll bring: Proven experience in executive support or coordination in fast-paced environments C-Suite experience (desirable) - you've worked closely with senior leadership and understand executive dynamics High energy and exceptional communication skills - you can engage confidently at all levels Flexibility and adaptability - comfortable with travel, variable hours, and shifting priorities Strong communication and project coordination blending administrative excellence with strategic thinking Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and systems like Concur/SAP You anticipate needs, take initiative, and get stuck in You enjoy complexity and diversity of tasks and build trusted, collaborative relationships A pplications close 12 February .
