Inspire Change. Key Responsibilities Provide direction, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback to team members. Develop and maintain the Compliance Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO certifications, electrical and gas safety standards, and relevant legislation, including defining compliance controls, checklists, and governance mechanisms. Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory changes, interpret requirements, update policies and procedures, and provide timely guidance on regulations affecting off‑grid power systems and component manufacturing. Plan and conduct internal audits against ISO and regulatory obligations, compile audit reports, present findings to leadership, and oversee corrective actions. Support the development and delivery of classroom and on‑the‑job compliance training, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in compliance awareness. Define and track compliance lead and lag metrics and prepare regular compliance reports and dashboards for the Quality and Compliance Manager and senior leadership. Partner with the Continuous Improvement function to embed compliance insights into process enhancements. About You Strong compliance experience in regulated industries; background in remote power, renewables, or manufacturing preferred. Solid knowledge of off‑grid power regulations, environmental compliance, and health & safety standards. Proven ability to conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and manage CAPA processes. Experienced in working with government agencies, certification bodies, and customers. Strong understanding of ISO management systems and regulatory frameworks.
