About the Role As our Assistant Centre Director, you will: Support the Centre Director with the daily operations and leadership of the service Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality education and care Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Regulations Contribute to curriculum planning, reflective practice, and continuous improvement Act as the Responsible Person and step into the Centre Director role when required About You You will bring: A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) Current QLD Blue Card Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation Leadership experience or a clear aspiration to grow into a leadership role Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A warm, collaborative leadership style grounded in respectful relationships Why Join Busy Bees?
