Cicerone Cucina Romana is now looking for an experienced Chef to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods; Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers; Supervise the kitchen pass and operations of the kitchen; Prepare and cook soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, etc; Work with kitchen staff to schedule shifts and monitor employee performance; Train new staff members on preparations, cooking procedures and plating; Store, label and rotate stock in freezers and cool rooms; Ensure all kitchen employees comply with safety and health regulations; Cut, season and cook meat, fish and other types of meat; About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Chef; Strong time management skills; Excellent preparation and cooking skills; Strong communication and team player skills; Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $76,000 - $85,000
