THE BALLYKIN, located in Mosman NSW 2088, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Child Care Worker to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Providing care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Assisting children with daily routines including meals, rest periods and personal hygiene. Supporting children’s social, emotional and physical development through appropriate activities. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, equipment and play areas in line with health and safety regulations. Observing children’s behaviour and reporting any concerns to senior staff when required. Assisting with the implementation of basic educational and recreational programs under guidance. About you: A minimum of one year of relevant work experience as a Child Care Worker or in a similar role. Knowledge of child development principles and early learning practices. Ability to follow workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. A caring, patient and responsible approach when working with children. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per annum
