This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, homelike environment for residents, families, and staff, while overseeing maintenance operations and leading a small team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance, environmental and workplace safety, grounds and gardens, and waste management. The role also involves contractor management and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. What you will bring: At least 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or related role (essential) Experience in aged care or retirement living (desirable) Trade qualification (desirable) WHS certification (desirable) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) Apply Now!
