We are representing our client in the recruitment of an Outside of school hours Portfolio Manager, based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As the Outside of school hours Area Manager, you will lead and support a portfolio of OSHC services across the region, providing strong operational oversight, compliance support, and people leadership. This role is critical in rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, and supporting coordinators to deliver high-quality, compliant services. This portfolio includes a mix of single-coordinator and small services, with the largest service accommodating up to 60 places. The team is highly communicative and eager for transparent, hands-on leadership. There is a strong focus on creating clear progression pathways for current staff, supported by a Head of Operations who actively prioritises wellbeing, mental breaks, and sustainable leadership practices.
