What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it) Transforming complex data into clear, visually impactful Power BI reports, so stakeholders can make smarter, faster decisions. Documenting and optimizing business processes, helping the team reduce risk and improve efficiency. Partnering with multiple teams across the business, giving you exposure to a variety of projects and perspectives. Supporting the digital team through a period of growth, shaping processes and tools that will scale as the business expands. And another thing… Your work will directly contribute to Australia’s renewable energy sector. Talk about sleeping well at night. Where you’ll be doing it We’d prefer you’re in the office in Melbourne, but we’re flexible so you can have a hybrid arrangement or work remote from another state. Ideally, you’ll meet the team face to face in Melbourne if you’re working remote. It’s a busy, dynamic environment, but with a friendly, supportive team culture. What you’ll need Strong experience with Power BI, data modeling, development and reporting, a track record of turning data into actionable insights. Strong stakeholder management skills, you can influence and communicate clearly with multiple teams. Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle priorities, documentation, and deadlines. Comfort with ambiguity, able to adapt and drive change in a fast-evolving environment.
