Location - Canberra Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 5 months The role closes on 29th January 2026 Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategy aligned with program objectives, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations Produce comprehensive Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Schedules across all system lifecycle phases Define verification and validation (V&V) criteria and trace them to system requirements Establish and manage test environments, tools, simulators, and instrumentation Coordinate and lead unit, integration, system, acceptance, and operational testing activities Manage test readiness reviews, test execution, and test completion reviews Identify, track, and report defects, anomalies, and risks, ensuring timely resolution Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and quality frameworks Lead and mentor test engineers and analysts, allocating resources effectively Interface with engineering, project management, quality, and customer teams to resolve issues Deliver clear test reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making Support certification, accreditation, and audit activities with evidence-based documentation Drive continuous improvement of test processes, methodologies, and tools Manage T&E budgets, schedules, and dependencies to meet program milestones Provide expert advice on test risks, trade-offs, and system performance limitations Additional Criteria: DSS - 1.3 Project Risk & Issue Management - L3 SFIA Skill Code - User acceptance testing (BPTS) - L4 Please contact Team.australia@ariszincgroup.com.au or simply click apply to submit your application "We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."
