TEN Recruitment is partnering with an established WA-based modular builder to appoint a Residential Draftsperson as their project pipeline continues to grow. This role centres on producing accurate, build-ready documentation for factory-built housing delivered throughout metro and regional WA. You’ll work closely with engineers, production teams, and consultants to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and ready for manufacture and installation. What You’ll Be Working On Prepare full residential documentation—plans, elevations, sections, and details Detail modular layouts, steel chassis systems, and connection interfaces Coordinate drawings for factory construction, transport, and on-site installation Ensure compliance with NCC, WA Building Codes, and Australian Standards Liaise with engineers and consultants to resolve technical inputs Update documentation for approvals, variations, and construction changes Support the development of standardised modular details and templates What We’re Looking For Background as a Residential Draftsperson within WA construction Exposure to modular, prefabricated, or transportable housing (highly regarded) Strong AutoCAD capability (Revit/BIM experience advantageous) Understanding of steel framing and modular build constraints Detail-driven, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities What’s On Offer $95K–$110K Super , based on experience Long-term position in a fast-growing construction sector Consistent workflow with a collaborative, supportive team Flexible working arrangements available Apply Now Send your CV to tyler.reid@tenrecruit.com.au or call (08) 6118 2278 for a confidential discussion.
