Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking a Factual Case Coordinator for an immediate start, to work within our established Investigations team based at our Head Office in Alexandria . This is an integral role in the operations of the factual investigations division and requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the insurance industry. This is a full time, permanent role based at our Head Office in Alexandria. The Role: Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations; Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration; General insurance investigations support; Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests; Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution; Skip traces & witness location support. About You: Have experience or a genuine interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal); Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach is mandatory; Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) mandatory ; Scheduling and appointment setting experience is highly desirable; Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management and organisational skills; Ability to thrive under pressure; and Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
