Aussie Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Fitter & Stripper to join our busy workshop in Willawong. This hands-on role involves dismantling, preparing and reassembling vehicles as part of our high‑quality repair process..
Responsibilities:
- Installing, fitting and aligning vehicle panels, trims and components, ensuring all parts fit to manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of parts removed and installed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an automotive Panel Beater / Fitter & Stripper, or in a similar dismantling and assembly role
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Current driver license
