The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible providing a wonderous dining experience for our guests.
About the role:
- Supervise staff operations e.g. roster, breaks, delegate tasks, training programs, product knowledge etc
- Supervise, review & implement a wonderous sequence of service
- Supervise the guest experience and ensure all issues are dealt with in a timely professional manner to anticipate & exceed guest expectations
- Oversee stock levels and supplies/ordering requisitions
- Work with On Premise Management to deliver promotional activities
- Supervise liquor compliance
- Coach & develop team to deliver a wonderous guest experience
- Ensure a level of cleanliness & ongoing maintenance
- Supervise & control all stock; placement, storage, expiration dates, rotation etc.
- Ensure the venue is well presented at all times, all signage materials, displays are current and reflect brand standards
About you:
- Minimum 2 year's supervisory experience
- Experienced in supervising a high pressure, fast-paced, high volume outlet
- Effective communicator who is able to share their vision with the team
- Exceptional guest service provider with a genuine passion for the operation
- Passionate about team building and developing staff
- Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work a 7 day rotating roster
