Description Join us in this integral Senior Administrator role as the central coordination point between clients, Partners and internal service teams! This role is designed to ensure the quality and continuity of client service delivery across dedicated Client Teams. As the central coordination point between clients, Partners and internal service teams, the Senior Administrator will be accountable for the end-to-end client service outcomes - enhancing consistency, responsiveness, and quality across the client experience. This is a hybrid full-time, permanent position based in our Melbourne office (3 days per week in the office). Your role, your contribution! Serve as a first point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients to help strengthen client relationships and improve responsiveness. Work alongside the Team Leader, aligning team workflow priorities with client needs contributing to achieving team performance goals and ensure adherence to internal systems, policies, and processes. Act as a liaison between the Partners and the Client Service team, simplifying communication, increasing efficiency and reducing friction in the service process. Lead a client service team, communicating priorities and ensuring workflow is managed for timely and accurate service delivery. The benefits of joining us! What you will bring to the role 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative or client relationship role. Minimum 12 months’ leadership experience. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with both external clients and team members alike. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in other software platforms such as iManage, Salesforce and APS. (Desirable) Certificate III or IV in Accounts Administration, Bookkeeping or relevant field.
