The role The role has the following responsibilities: • Manage a high-volume accounts receivable ledger in an automated environment • End-to-end ownership of receipting, allocations, and reconciliations • Proactively follow up outstanding accounts via phone and email • Investigate and resolve billing queries in a timely manner • Maintain accurate customer account records and notes • Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance and operations • Ensure AR processes align with internal controls and policies • Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations • Continuously look for process improvements • Ad hoc tasks as required The perfect candidate The perfect candidate will have the following: • Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts receivable role • Experience working in a high-volume environment • Exposure to automated AR systems • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Strong team player with a positive attitude • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Australian work rights required Remuneration Remuneration is a based of $80k - $90k Super Bonus (10%), depending on experience. The bonus is based on individual and company performance.
