Job Description What Success Looks Like Develop and deliver a company-wide technical training and compliance strategy aligned to operational and regulatory requirements Continuously improve training materials, including learning modules, SOPs, assessment tools, trainer guides, participant workbooks and practical evaluation resources. Partner with business leaders to forecast capability needs and build internal training capacity Translate operational requirements, safety standards and compliance obligations into structured, user-friendly training content and delivered consistently across all sites. Ensure training materials are standardised, controlled, version-managed and audit-ready Lead, coach and support the Trainer network across Roads and Port operations Build structured career pathways for Drivers, Mechanics and Port Operators Develop internal train-the-trainer capability and succession pipelines Ensure alignment between site training activity and operational priorities
