Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to identify market opportunities and lead the development, coordination and implementation of marketing, advertising and pricing strategies that promote our products and support sales objectives. The successful candidate will plan and deliver campaigns across digital platforms, social media and website channels, undertake market research and performance analysis, and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to management to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns aligned to sales objectives Advise management on advertising strategies, promotions and pricing to reach target markets and strengthen product awareness. Coordinate campaign production and delivery including content development, artwork, copywriting, scheduling and placement within time and budget constraints. Conduct market research and analyse market characteristics, customer behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Stay across marketing trends and identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales. Create, schedule and publish marketing content to social media platforms and the company website Assist in planning and delivering paid media campaigns, eCommerce operations, and order fulfilment activities as required. Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results, and provide reporting, insights and recommendations to improve outcomes. Recommend updates to website and digital content to improve search engine metrics and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, including safe work practices and reporting. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Qualification: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent). At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a marketing role, such as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Consultant, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Officer. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing and advertising initiatives aligned with business objectives. Strong digital marketing capability including social media marketing and website content management. Strong analytical skills including campaign reporting, performance evaluation and market research. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills including the ability to prepare marketing content and reporting.
