About us: PCYC is WA's leading youth organisation working with the WA Police Force and the community to empower children and young people to reach their potential. This all happens from our 16 centres located from Albany in the South to Kununurra in the North-West. We deliver a range of exciting programs including Out of School Hours Care, Gymnastics, Boxing and Archery to name a few. Position Overview: As Centre Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the Centre, creating a welcoming, vibrant and fun atmosphere. You will play a key role in creating a warm, inclusive and professional environment for our customers and for the team. About you: Experience in Customer Service, recreation, sport and community program delivery where you have made an impact, whether that's boosting participation, growing enrolments or helping people stay engaged. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems on the spot. Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including parents, colleagues and local community members. Experience with Point-of-Sale platforms or a willingness to learn and administer Point-of-Sale/Cash management systems. Possess or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Graduate - We will also consider applications from recent Sports Science/Management or Business graduates.
