We’re currently representing a highly regarded property group seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational management, compliance, and presentation of their diverse commercial, industrial and retail property portfolio . Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring assets are well-presented and compliant Manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules Coordinate and supervise contractors, trades, and service providers Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, and statutory building requirements Act as the main point of contact for tenants, providing responsive and professional service Assist with budgeting, capital works, and contract management Deliver refurbishment and upgrade projects with minimal disruption to tenants What we’re looking for: Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and compliance Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work autonomously while collaborating with a close-knit team Clear communication and professional presentation Trade, engineering, or facilities management qualifications (highly regarded) Current QLD driver’s licence (essential) What’s in it for you: Monday–Friday role Work with a respected business and supportive team environment Lead the operational excellence of a well-maintained portfolio If you’re ready to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio and bring your facilities expertise to a respected property group, we’d love to hear from you.
