The Indigo Change Management Team plays a critical role in supporting the AEC to prepare, adopt, and embrace transformation through the Indigo Program - a complex, multi-stream initiative designed to modernise systems, processes, and service delivery across the agency. The key duties of the position include We are seeking a passionate and creative Training and Development Coordinator to join our Indigo Change Management team, supporting a strategically significant modernisation program. The role will report within the Indigo Program and be able to leverage the expertise of the Indigo Change Management team, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customised change experiences. Our ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach and proven ability to hit the ground running, while prioritising and delivering multiple learning and training outcomes. Operating within an Agile Delivery Team, the Training and Development Coordinator will report to the Assistant Director in Indigo Change Management and support them in undertaking training needs planning and delivery activities, acting as a conduit between the program and business. The role will work closely with diverse stakeholders and require the successful candidate to effectively engage and collaborate as an influential member of the team. The role would suit someone that has experience supporting complex programs of change, designing and delivering fit-for-purpose training material and approaches to lift people capability and support adoption. To excel you'll have: Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team while contributing positively to the achievement of the Program objectives. Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate. Experience working in an Agile environment and/or multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of effective training materials that support adoption would be advantageous. Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivering high level training and knowledge documents. Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences. Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and initiatives. Experience in building trusted and productive working relationships to foster effective engagement and communication across diverse stakeholder groups. High quality written communication skills.
