Contracts Administrator - Capital Works Permanent | Sydney-based with travel across AU sites We are partnering with a large, multi-site organisation to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of national capital works projects. This role combines project coordination, contract oversight, and financial monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational priorities. The Role Support planning, coordination, and delivery of capital works projects across multiple sites Assist with contract administration, including tender documentation, evaluations, and contractor engagement Track project budgets, forecasts, and approvals, ensuring alignment between planned and actual spend Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary Maintain schedules, reporting, and project tracking tools Ensure compliance with WHS, building codes, planning approvals, and organisational governance Liaise with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external contractors About You Experience in capital works, construction, or project administration Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and contractor management Comfortable tracking budgets, forecasts, and project documentation Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong stakeholder engagement skills and professional judgement Tertiary qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or equivalent experience preferred If you are interested in the role, please apply or contact Megan.Crawford@perigongroup.com.au
