ConsultANZ is seeking experienced Piling Leading Hands to join a well-established piling contractor delivering civil infrastructure projects in NSW. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for supervising on-site piling operations, driving safety, quality, and productivity while working closely with site management and crews. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise piling crews to ensure safe and efficient project delivery. Coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards. Ensure full compliance with site safety policies, procedures, and inductions. Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to maintain smooth operations. Assist with training and mentoring junior crew members and operators. Manage piling equipment, materials, and site logistics. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ piling experience, with at least 2 years in a Leading Hand or supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, schedules, and resources. Solid understanding of piling methods, plant operation, and WHS requirements. Construction White Card (mandatory). Additional tickets such as Confined Space, Working at Heights, and relevant plant operation tickets are highly regarded. Experience on large-scale civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
