Your responsibilities will include: Contract administration and subcontractor management Preparation and management of purchase orders and variations Progress claims, cost tracking and job costing support RFIs, document control and drawing management Assisting with procurement, scope reviews and trade packages Supporting safety, quality and compliance requirements Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders About You To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior CA within commercial construction A strong understanding of construction processes and documentation High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop Relevant construction or engineering qualification (preferred but not essential) Why Join Them?
