Our client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) Business Partner - Outdoor to embed a proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture across its outdoor operations. This is a short term opportunity based in Altona. Working closely with leaders and employees, the Business Partner will deliver tailored solutions that support compliance with OHS, WorkCover and child safety legislation, while driving continuous improvement aligned with organisational priorities. This role plays a key part in fostering shared responsibility for safety, wellbeing and injury prevention. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leaders to integrate health, safety, wellbeing and child safety into business operations Providing expert advice on risk identification, mitigation and safety culture improvement Coordinating injury management and acting as Return-to-Work Coordinator Leading workplace inspections, audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting mentally healthy workplaces through wellbeing programs and early intervention Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and service providers The successful candidate will bring: A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Injury Management, Allied Health or a related discipline, or significant equivalent experience Completion of an accredited Return-to-Work Coordinator course Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills Sound knowledge of OHS, WorkCover, injury management and child safety legislation Experience influencing leaders and driving positive cultural change This role requires a strong commitment to safety, wellbeing, equal opportunity, human rights and child safety.
