The Role This role takes full ownership of the repairs and maintenance function across the portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for all maintenance-related matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming repairs and maintenance requests Liaising with tenants, landlords and approved trades Diagnosing maintenance issues and coordinating solutions Issuing work orders and following jobs through to completion Obtaining quotes and approvals in line with landlord instructions Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation Identifying recurring maintenance issues and process improvements Supporting Property Managers by owning maintenance end-to-end The Person Previous experience in Property Management or real estate support Strong understanding of residential repairs and maintenance processes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach Values structure, accountability and teamwork The Perks Monday–Friday role Clear scope with defined responsibilities Supportive, collaborative team environment Use your PM experience without the full portfolio pressure Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
