Job Title: Indonesian Sales Outreach & Follow-Up Manager - Internship Location: Bali, Indonesia (On-site only) Compensation: Unpaid Internship (with potential for full-time transition) Role Overview Join Zero-X in Bali to be part of our global expansion in commercial execution, EU funding, and deep-tech R&D. We need someone who can handle daily outbound outreach and follow-ups to increase Zero-X's visibility and business opportunities. This role is critical for maintaining the sales pipeline and managing high-volume outreach. We offer significant international exposure, working with a diverse team on projects with a global footprint. This is an unpaid internship with the potential to lead to a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities Daily outbound outreach to potential customers Structured follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings CRM ownership and pipeline management Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum in the sales cycle Proactively engage with leads and prospects Maintain and update the CRM system Ensure follow-ups are executed with discipline and consistency Role-relevant Skills Analytical Thinking: You can research prospects, assess fit against ICP criteria, and prioritize outreach efforts effectively. Effective Communication: You write clear, concise, and relevant outreach messages that capture attention and encourage responses. Reliable & Consistent: You maintain disciplined follow-up across multiple touchpoints and manage outreach sequences reliably.
