About the Role: Seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and coordination support to our Executive Director. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the Executive Director is well supported across daily operations, stakeholder engagement and strategic activities. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, handles sensitive information with discretion, and can confidently manage competing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Executive Director’s diary, meetings and priorities Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics Prepare agendas, meeting notes and follow-up actions Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Board Manage incoming emails, calls and general enquiries Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Executive Director Maintain timely and clear communication with stakeholders Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems Support coordination of meetings, briefings and events Assist with document preparation, approvals and record keeping Essential Skills & Experience: Experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative role Strong organisational and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Strong stakeholder and relationship‑management skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Desirable: Experience in the not‑for‑profit sector Experience working with or for an Aboriginal organisation HR/Recruitment and or communications experience Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Employment Hero, Xero or similar systems To apply please send your CV to Kate Hallo kate.hallo@beaumontpeople.com.au Or call for a confidential chat - 0411 371 406
