They are now seeking an exceptional Head of Sales & Growth to lead a national team and drive the next phase of expansion across enterprise and government sectors. The Opportunity This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’ll lead a talented national sales team and take ownership of strategy, execution, and performance across multiple industry verticals. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and deliver a customer-centric sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national sales team focused on excellence and collaboration. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise and government clients. Identify and pursue new market opportunities , partnerships, and growth channels. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market approach. Leverage insights and data to continuously optimise sales processes and enhance customer value. About You Proven experience leading a national B2B sales function within ecommerce, FMCG, or a related industry. Closed deals accross, Government, Education, Banks, Correctional Facilities, Heath & Aged Care & Mining A strong background in strategic sales leadership , with demonstrated success driving significant growth and customer engagement. Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a results-driven culture. Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities . Data-driven and analytical, with experience in CRM and digital sales tools.
