Job Description Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring it runs smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with gaming, liquor, and food & beverage legislation Manage gaming, bar service, Keno, and entertainment offerings Act as the Gaming Nominee, maintaining full compliance with all gaming and liquor regulations Monitor patron behaviour and uphold responsible service of alcohol and responsible gambling practices Drive a strong service culture, team engagement, and performance across all levels Champion operational excellence by managing labour costs, budgets, inventory, and overall P&L performance to support sustainable profitability Deliver a consistently positive guest experience for both hotel guests and local regulars Translate the hotel’s F&B vision into high-quality, consistent service experiences that reflect Sofitel’s art of hospitality Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure menus, service standards, and execution align with brand expectations Plan and support venue promotions and activations in partnership with the Marketing team Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate venue reporting
