The Opportunity This opportunity suits an experienced medium-density residential development professional ready to take ownership of projects end-to-end, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Responsibilities include: Identify & Acquire New Site Opportunities, Including Off-Market Sites Manage DA Process from Lodgement Through to Determination Manage the Marketing Team on Preparation of Display Suites & Marketing Material Lead External Sales Team & have Active Involvement with Buyers Prepare Handover Documents for the Design Project Management Teams Who We’re Looking For 5 Year’s Experience Delivering High-End Medium-Density Projects Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent Strategic & Commercially Astute, with Stakeholder Management Skills Highly Motivated, & Adaptable, with Ability to Work in a Collaborative & Supportive Team Environment.
