Reporting into an experienced and well-respected HR Exec, you will manage the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering all areas of remuneration & benefits. In an organisation small enough to see the impact of your work, yet complex enough to require sophisticated reward programmes, your ambit will expand with time to include HRIS projects and aspects of Board / RemCo interface. What background do you have? With >6-8 years corporate reward experience, you have solid reward operations experience - rem review, benchmarking, WGEA are all second nature, and both your business partnering and project management skills have had their first run around the block.
