You will build strong partnerships with families and the local community, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including managing rosters, budgets, resources, and compliance. You’ll drive continuous improvement in learning programs and centre culture, working closely with your Leadership Team comprising the Relationship Manager, Education Leader, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager. With the support of our central Support Office, you’ll stay focused on what matters most: education, people, and impact. As a Relationship Manager , you are warm, organised, and thrive on making people feel at home. With experience in early childhood education (preferred), you bring confidence in using administrative systems, with Xplor experience being a bonus. As an Educational Leader , you will drive powerful learning outcomes for children and families, ensuring their development is guided by approved learning frameworks. You will plan and prepare nutritious, seasonal meals and snacks, while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-stocked kitchen. Your responsibilities will also include ordering supplies, managing inventory, and working closely with educators to ensure all dietary needs are met. You’ll support the centre’s mealtime routines and assist wherever needed, while remaining open to learning more about nutrition for different age groups, particularly infants.
