Eyes on Docklands is looking for a part-time Optical Dispenser / Assistant to join our independent, community-focused practice in the heart of Docklands. About the Role You’ll work closely with our optometrist and patients to ensure a seamless experience - from welcoming them at reception to assisting with eyewear selection and providing quality dispensing advice. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service at the front desk Managing bookings, phone enquiries, and general administration Assisting patients with frame and lens selection Supporting the optometrist and wider team in daily operations About You We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to their work.
