Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Responsible for the management, design, and oversight of the Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) subunits of Regulatory Agency Inspections, Laboratory Quality. Represents Global Quality functions in employee induction and training, client interactions, and function as a bridge to connect CRG APAC and China Operations across functions and business units to relevant Global Quality support teams. Develops and executes compliance strategies and establishes quality and compliance standards within and across QAC business units. Assures that all quality systems are in place and appropriate to meet business area clients and regulatory expectations. Assists in business development activities obtaining additional contracts by writing and reviewing proposals, making presentations to potential clients and representing the department at appropriate professional meetings and conferences.
