Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end vehicle sales process Take accountability for monthly sales volume and conversion performance Lead by example and set the standard for sales execution Continuously improve sales processes and customer experience Customer Experience Engage customers to understand needs and vehicle preferences Deliver a professional, transparent, and high-trust sales experience Manage post-sale follow-up and encourage customer reviews and referrals Revenue Growth Upsell accessories, extended warranties, finance, and insurance products Maximise profit per sale while maintaining long-term customer relationships Daily Operations Manage enquiries via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins Maintain strong product and market knowledge Stay informed on pricing trends, competitor activity, and inventory performance What We’re Looking For Proven experience in used car sales Results-driven mindset with the confidence to own outcomes Strong closer with excellent negotiation skills Entrepreneurial attitude Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Availability to work 5 days per week , including some weekend work when needed.
