You will ensure that strong ideas move efficiently through the funnel, from concept to validation to market launch. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on operational execution in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: Pipeline Ownership - Build, maintain, and optimize a structured venture funnel covering intake, prioritization, and governance. Entrepreneur Management - Source, evaluate, and support EiRs, matching them with the most promising concepts. Governance & Stakeholder Management - Present venture proposals to senior decision-makers with clear recommendations on progressing, pivoting, or discontinuing ideas. Venture Criteria - Use and evolve a framework for assessing opportunities, ensuring disciplined and consistent decision-making. Ideas, MVP Development & Validation - Lead research, customer discovery, and MVP creation in collaboration with Product, Growth, and Engineering. Alignment - Ensure new ventures leverage the organization's broader strengths, assets, and long-term strategic priorities. Portfolio Reporting - Track performance metrics, generate insights, and update leadership on portfolio progress. Team Leadership - Manage a small New Ventures team (e.g., Product Manager, Growth Marketer), promoting speed, experimentation, and accountability. Requirements Experience: 5 years in venture building, product strategy, corporate innovation, or startup leadership, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to MVP. Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and EiRs while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Strong judgment and ability to prioritize across multiple projects. Execution Discipline: Skilled in lean experimentation, rapid testing, and portfolio-level decisions. Presentation: Confident presenting to leadership/boards with structured, data-driven recommendations. Industry Knowledge: Experience in at least two of the following sectors: iGaming, Crypto, or Digital Marketing.
