Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join their finance function on a 6-month contract. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into complex environments, quickly building relationships, and delivering meaningful improvements within defined timeframes. You’ll work on priority finance transformation initiatives focused on improving capability, efficiency, and performance, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and adjacent teams. The opportunity Reporting to a senior transformation leader, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of finance transformation initiatives across a broad portfolio. You’ll help translate strategic intent into practical execution, ensuring initiatives are well-governed, outcomes-focused, and embedded into everyday operations. This role will suit someone who is comfortable navigating change, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and brings a calm, structured approach to delivery in evolving environments. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives from planning through to implementation Partner with finance and business stakeholders to align transformation priorities with operational needs Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones Support stakeholder engagement and change impact activities to enable adoption Track and report on outcomes such as efficiency gains, capability uplift, and performance improvements Contribute to governance and continuous improvement practices across the transformation portfolio What you’ll bring We’re looking for a finance professional with strong delivery capability and a people-centred approach to change.
