The Role As Centre Director, you are the cultural and operational leader of your service. You will: Lead all aspects of centre operations, quality and compliance Build, mentor and inspire a highly engaged team Champion curriculum excellence and reflective practice Foster strong partnerships with families and communities Drive occupancy, performance and financial sustainability Embed CEEC’s values and child-safety commitments into everyday practice About You Proven leadership experience within early education Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and best-practice pedagogy Confident operational leadership with strong people capability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Deep commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion Why Join CEEC?
