About the job Job Introduction: Guided start for new and soon-to-be registered psychologists 100-Day Mentoring Program with gradual caseload build (full by week 5) Build your niche with balance and purpose $90K–$120K super PD allowance rewards Tasks Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults across a range of presenting issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, stress). Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and collaborate with referrers and other health professionals to support client outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, session notes, and reports. Participate in weekly peer supervision, team meetings, and case discussions. Engage in our 100-Day Mentoring Program, including structured training, mentoring with Mary Habib, and peer supervision. Manage a sustainable caseload (five clients per day) with dedicated time for clinical work such as reports, planning, and reflection. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and shared learning environment. Optionally provide psychological assessments (training available). Requirements Full registration (or nearing general registration) with AHPRA. Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number. Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality client care. Strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Interest in professional development and growing a clinical niche. Desirable: Experience conducting psychological assessments (training provided if needed). Board-approved supervisor registration (if applicable).
