Nepean Longwall is on the hunt for a Spares & Logistics Coordinator who can run projects, manage spares, and occasionally chase down the trades in the workshop to keep everything on track. What you’ll do Keep project purchasing, spares, and repairs running like clockwork. Monitor suppliers, inventory, and warranty claims. Liaise with teams, customers, and suppliers to solve problems fast. Occasionally pop into the workshop to get info straight from the trades. Maintain quality standards and ISO compliance. Provide after-hours support for emergency parts when needed. You’re perfect for this if You’re organised, proactive, and love juggling multiple priorities. You’re comfortable moving around the workshop to keep projects flowing. You have experience in logistics, spares, or procurement. Bonus: you know Pronto or similar inventory systems.
