The Role This is a hands-on Property Management position where you will take ownership of your portfolio while contributing to the wider success of the department. You will: Manage a portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties across Maitland and surrounding areas Provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants, building strong, lasting relationships Support team training and best-practice processes within the Property Management department Assist with portfolio growth and retention, supporting business development initiatives Confidently manage leasing enquiries and guide applicants through the process Process applications, tenant checks, and lease documentation accurately and efficiently Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections with attention to detail and compliance Coordinate maintenance end-to-end, liaising with trades and ensuring timely outcomes Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations The Person Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Previous Property Management experience is essential Strong organisational and time-management skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence Confident, professional communication style Proactive, solutions-focused, and service driven A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment The Perks Supportive leadership that values and trusts its team Well-structured systems and processes Positive, social, and down-to-earth workplace culture Genuine career progression opportunities A role where your contribution is recognised Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
