This is a permanent full-time position, based in Burleigh, QLD Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (no weekends!) What you’ll be doing: Counter sales, including customer service and handling sales enquiries Preparing and sending customer quotes Actioning customer requests face-to-face, over the phone and via email Liaising with suppliers Stock control – re-stocking shelves, picking and packing orders Assisting with ad-hoc tasks around the branch as required What you’ll bring: Experience in customer service, ideally within electrical wholesale or a similar environment A hardworking and proactive attitude – someone who takes initiative and gets the job done A personable, confident communicator with excellent people skills A team-focused work ethic and a customer-first mindset Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to quickly learn product ranges and processes Full Australian working rights (AU Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen), no sponsorships available.
