What You’ll Be Doing Hunting net-new Salesforce and CRM consulting opportunities Prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, partners, and ecosystem channels Engaging decision-makers across Sales, Service, IT, and Executive teams Owning deals end-to-end — from first conversation to signed SOW Running value-led discovery focused on commercial impact Closing $150k–$1M consulting deals Co-selling with Salesforce AEs and strategic partners Keeping pipeline tight, forecasts clean, and targets smashed What Success Looks Like Strong, self-generated pipeline 3–5× pipeline coverage at all times Consistent quarterly closes Deals that land fast and expand over time Who This Suits - You’re likely one of the following: A Salesforce sales specialist with strong consulting deal experience OR A high-performing CRM / enterprise SaaS hunter (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Oracle, etc.) ready to pivot into Salesforce-led consulting You’ll bring: 5 years in hunter-style B2B sales A proven record of self-sourced pipeline and closed services deals Confidence selling to C-level and senior stakeholders Commercial discipline — you understand margin, not just revenue Comfort with cold outreach, rejection, and sustained prospecting Salesforce certifications are welcome — but not required if your CRM sales pedigree is strong.
