As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll be entrusted with keeping the business of an iconic South Australian brand running smoothly, by overseeing the ICT systems, technology and processes that keep things ticking. Here’s what it says on the jar: You’ll keep our external support on track , acting as the primary liaison with our MSP, managing the relationship and collaborating to ensure timely resolution of issues, adherence to SLAs, an proactive systems maintenance. You’ll keep things running like clockwork , overseeing the performance and reliability of ICT infrastructure across the business, ensuring appropriate operating systems licencing, and keeping related documentation up to date. You’ll be eagle-eyed on matters of security and take ownership of system-related protection, including monitoring compliance, managing access controls and permissions, and conducting internal security audits. You’ll have an eye on the future, regularly reviewing ICT infrastructure in collaboration with the leadership team to ensure it aligns with business goals and recommending improvements where needed. You’ll keep Beerenberg cutting-edge , advising and coordinating all technology replacement, installation, and upgrades, and advocating for necessary expenditure (capital and operational) to ensure we're using the most appropriate technology that provides the best ROI. You’ll provide strong project leadership , working with relevant stakeholders to manage or provide support on specialist ICT projects, ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software and continually review systems for effectiveness and enhancement. You’ll be a training whiz , keeping our team empowered by coordinating and providing appropriate user training and support. You’ll be the example , embodying Beerenberg’s values, complying with all company policies, procedures, and work instructions, and undertaking any other duties as requested within the scope of the position. You’ll be ahead of the curve , monitoring and reporting on emerging technologies, industry trends and best practice to continuously drive improvement within our ICT environment. Now, for your own ingredients list. You’ll be the right person for this role if you: Are a seasoned professional with relevant tertiary qualifications. Got at least 5 years of hands-on experience to back it up? Even better. Have a handle on manufacturing systems such as SCADA, PLC and HMI. Know your way around the MS Suite, including licencing and active directories, SharePoint and Attaché software. Are innovative, able to provide creative solutions for the long term Possess highly developed analytical skills, enabling you to evaluate complex information and present clear, relevant findings to any audience. Think outside the box and strive to see what others miss, using your problem-solving skills to overcome technical hurdles. Can clearly communicate technical concepts to a diverse range of people and cultures, with strong written, verbal & numerical communication skills to back you up. If tasked with training up staff on IT systems, you’d rise to the occasion with confidence. Have strong interpersonal skills and go above and beyond to help others out. Consider yourself a self-starter but also find satisfaction in collaborating with a dynamic team that strives to be better than yesterday, every day. Can be flexible with the hours you work to suit operational needs and are fully prepared to be hands-on outside regular business hours should the need arise.
